The Committee hearings that took place on April 22 were aimed at discussion of practice of implementation (in 2012-2014) of the Law of Ukraine No. 4212-VI “On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine entitled “Restoration of solvency of debtors or declaration them bankrupt” dated December 22, 2011.
In the frames of the hearings, the rapporteurs were representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Economic Development and Trade Ministry, State Fiscal Service, State Regulatory Service, Higher Economic Court, people's deputies, international and Ukrainian experts and public representatives.
At the end of the hearings it was decided to establish a workgroup under the Committee to elaborate respective draft law to later be eyed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
