The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the draft law "On introduction of amendments into Penal Code and Penal Procedure Code of Ukraine as to responsibility for breach of legislation in field of confirmation of compliance, production, manufacture, sale and acquisition of products, works and services that led to real or potential threat to national security of Ukraine in military sector”

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1793.
