The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law “On introduction of amendments into Article 23 of Law of Ukraine “On pre-mobilization training and mobilization” (as to enhancement of protection of rights of disabled children)”

The Law defers commandeered persons, who bring up a disable child/children of the ‘A’ Sub-Group aged up to 18 years, during mobilization.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 2011.
