“The issue of decentralization of power and proper governing system through local self-government is simple — we elect local authorities, these authorities have funds, power and serve the community, which delegated its trust to them,” Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said at the Tvoya Vlada [Your Authorities] TV show on the 5 Channel.
