The draft law No. 2178 is elaborated to eliminate collisions in the field of compensation of losses to state-owned enterprises, institutions, and organizations, institutions of nature-reserve fund in the process of acquisition of the right to use land plots.

According to authors of the draft law, its adoption “will facilitate speeding up acquisition of the right to use land plots by nature reserve fund institutions.” At the same time, the draft law envisions withdrawal of land plots taken from enterprises, institutions and organizations in favor of their permanent use by nature-reserve fund institutions.
