Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Policy recommends Parliament adopt as a basis and on the whole draft law on introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On privatization of state property” as to mechanism of privatization

The draft law No. 2464 offers to exclude from Section 3, Article 184 and Section 1, Article 185 the items as to mandatory offering of 5-10-percent stockholdings of the statutory fund of entities at stock exchanges before holding of tender in order to define market value of the stockholdings of to-be-privatized facilities of groups “Г” and “В.”
