Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis draft law on introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On appeals of citizens” as to e-appeals and e-petition

The draft law No. 2299 offers to introduce amendments into Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On appeals of citizens” and to supplement the Law with new Article 231, which envisions introduction of the mechanism of appealing in an electronic form, as well as introduction of a special form of collective appealing of citizens to the President of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and local self-government bodies — e-petition.
