Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law “On introduction of amendments into Budget Code of Ukraine as to introduction of new investment opportunities, guarantee of rights and legal interests of entrepreneurs to hold large-scale energy modernization”

The Law regulates the order of covering the expenditures for payment of “energy service” agreements, which envision the introduction of mechanism of rendering of energy services as to comprehensive settlement of the issue of energy saving in state-financed sector.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1409.
