The Law through introduction of amendments into supplement No. 3 entitled “Distribution of expenditures of the state budget of Ukraine for 2015,” enshrined with the Law of Ukraine “On state budget of Ukraine for 2015,” a total of UAH 400,000,000 was delivered to the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine to finance new budgetary program entitled “state support to coal-producing enterprises for partial coverage of expenditures” (code 1101200) and at the same time reduced expenditures for the same amount within the budgetary program entitled “restructure of coal and peat-producing industry” (code 1101070).
The Law was adopted taking in account remarks of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for State Budget Affairs.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2376.
