Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts draft law on introduction of amendments into Family Code of Ukraine as to recognition of information about social assistance of family (person) during defense of family’s rights and interests in judicial proceedings

The draft law No. 2190 offers to introduce amendments into Articles 19, 64 and 170 of the Family Code of Ukraine, that envision recognition of information about social accompanying of a family (person) during defense of family’s rights and interests in judicial hearing of disputes as to participation of parents in child's upbringing.
