The draft law No. 2515 envisions supplementing of Articles 2, 7 and 16 of the Law “On Counting Chamber” with provisions as to the Counting Chamber’s control over delivery of funds to the state budget that is of Counting Chamber’s competence in compliance with amendments into Article 98 of the Ukrainian Constitution that were introduced with the Laws of Ukraine Nos. 586-VII and 742-VII dated September 19, 2013 and February 21, 2014 respectively.
Following the consideration, the Committee approved the decision to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law as a basis and on the whole as the Law following its consideration in first reading. At that excluded should be Item 3, Chapter I of the draft law (as to amendments into Section 2, Article 16 of the Law “On Counting Chamber”).
