Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis draft law on introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” as to invalidation of introduction of amendments into Single State Register on basis of forged documents

The draft law No. 1475 offers amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs,” under which amendments into information of legal entities kept within the Single State Register and into statutory documents will be introduced only basing on original of respective decision of managerial bodies of a legal entity. Currently effective wording of respective terms envisions possibility of amending on the base of copies and notarized copies of respective documents.
