Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law “In introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” as to simplification of termination of legal entities via mergers, takeovers, division, and reorganization”

The Law introduces a number of amendments into the Law of Ukraine “On state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs” as to the simplification of state registration of legal entities’ termination.

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1416.
