Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis draft law on introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine as to providing transparency of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

The draft law No. 2102 offers introduction of a procedure of civil control over activity of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, inter alia, through mandatory publishing of decisions following consideration of applications and cases the Committee is competent in, and taking in account interests of economic entities in protection of their commercial secret.
