Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts as a basis draft law on introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On military duty and military service” as to discharge from service persons taking care of disabled children of I or II disability group

The draft law offers to discharge servicemen (mother or father), who take care of disabled children of either I or II group of disability aged under 23.

Respective amendments are to be introduced into Section 8, Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On military duty and military service” through introduction of new wording of Paragraph 2, Item "ґ".

The draft law is registered under No. 1448.
