“Ukrainian parliamentarians and personally I express profound sadness following the attack of Islamists on a University in the town of Garissa that occurred on April 2, 2015. Kenyan people suffered irreparable loss,” respective telegrams read.

Groysman condoles with near and dear of the killed people upon the tragedy.

“I want to express heartfelt words of support during this tragic time for Your country,” the head of the Verkhovna Rada said.
