The document changes borders of Volnovakha, Novoazovsk, and Telmanove regions by increasing the territory of Volnovakha region by 70124 hectares, including 17405,7 hectares of Novoazovsk region (2282,7 hectares of Vynohradne village council, 4348,2 hectares of Komiternove village council, 4928,3 hectares of Lebedynske village council, 4928,7 hectares of Pavlopil village council, 917,8 hectares of Shyrokyne village council) and 52718,3 hectares of Telmanove region (4705,4 hectares of Andriivka village council, 458,6 hectares of Myrne village council, 11693,4 hectares of Hranitne village councils, 13523,0 hectares of Novoselivka village council, 11155,4 hectares of Starohnativka village council, 11182,5 hectares of Chermalyk village council); it also approves the territory of Volnovaha region of 185977 hectares, Novoazovsk region of 81861,2 hectares, and Telmanove region of 81292,7 hectares.
