The bill (Reg. No. 4523a) suggests securing payment and receipt of
pensions by persons granted with such pensions and serving at the post of senior
and junior officers of internal affairs bodies, as well as bodies and
subdivisions of militia within the territorial jurisdiction of whose
antiterrorist operation was being or is being held. Payment should be carried
out in line with the list of posts and for the periods established by the
Internal Affairs Minister by consent of central executive body.
Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow regulate
the issue of pension receipt by personnel of the internal affairs bodies and other
persons that were re-enlisted in internal affairs bodies during partial or
general mobilization in the special period.
