The Committee on Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft resolution on securing proper conditions for labour remuneration and bonus payment to educators and library personnel

The draft resolution (Reg. No. 4510a) suggests recommending the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine abolish the resolution of March 25, 2014 No. 88 “On amendments to clause 1 of resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 23, 2011 No. 373” and No. 89 “On amendments to clause 1 of resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 30, 2009 No. 1073”.

Upholding the aim of the resolution, Committee members made remarks regarding its declarative nature and noted that implementation the resolution’s provisions might require the increase in budget expenditures.
