The Committee on Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” (re women’s right to early retirement)

During its meeting on September 3, the Committee has scrutinized alternative draft laws: on amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” (re women’s right to early retirement) (Reg. No. 4476a) and on amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance” re extending women’s right to early retirement (Reg. No. 4476a-1). Following the results of consideration of the bills in the first reading, the Committee took the decision to recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt as a basis the draft law registered under No. 4476a.
