The law establishes a moratorium on charging citizens of Ukraine, who reside on the territory of the anti-terrorist operation or moved from that territory for the time of the anti-terrorist operation, a fine or penalty for the principal amount of loan obligation indebtedness.
The law stipulates temporary restrictions on measures of exercising state control in the sphere of economic activity on the territory of and during the anti-terrorist operation.
The law also stipulates a simplified procedure for receiving documents on confirmation of force majeure circumstances.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4313a.
