The legislative act exempts from VAT operations of importing to the territory of Ukraine the defence purposes production under such commodity positions UKTZED: 3601-3603, 8710; those included to groups 90 and 93 (except for those included to commodity positions 9303 - 9304, 9305, 96909 and 9307).
The Law also determines special conditions of importing the abovementioned defence purposes production.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4556а-1.
