The bill suggests establishing legal basis for engaging transport vehicles for evacuation of population from the hazardous area and the regions of possible armed hostilities.
The respective amendments are to be made to the Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, the laws “On Transport”, “On Railway Transport”, “On Legal Regime of the Sate of Emergency”, “On Legal Regime of Martial Law”, and “On Automobile Transport”.
The bill was registered under No. 4554a.
