The main aim of the law is providing social and economic stimuli for 10 years for increasing investment activity, developing tourism infrastructure and increasing employment of the citizens within the free economic zone of Crimea, promoting the role of territorial communities of Crimea and Sevastopol city when settling everyday issues of their lives, etc.
