The document establishes that functions of dispatcher's supervisory control over the Single Gas Transportation System of Ukraine are performed by the operator of the Single Gas Transportation System of Ukraine that is determined by the central body of executive power, responsible for formation and implementation of state policy in the fuel and energy complex, by the agreement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Founder or owner of a company-operator of the Single Gas Transportation System should have over 5 years of experience in managing the gas transportation system on American or European markets.
The Law was adopted with amendments submitted by Prime-Minister of Ukraine Arsenii Yatseniuk.
Respective bill was registered under No. 4116а.
