The document specifies certain terminological definitions; determines the rights and obligations of legal and natural persons, as well as the Administrator of the Single state registrar; establishes ways for financing animals’ identification and registration, etc.
It was also established that in order to ensure identification and registration of animals that are kept and raised on the farms of the population, state assistance is provided.
