The Law supplements article 12 of the Law "On Militia" with a text concerning the right of militia workers to use physical force, special means and weapons in the area of the anti-terrorist operation without notice. Moreover, article 15 establishes that the militia workers use weapons in the area of the anti-terrorist operation not only as a last resort.
