The bill (Reg. No. 4100a) stipulates that men who support three or more children under 18 years of age; women who support children under 18 years of age; women and men who independently raise a child (children) under 18 years of age; women and men who support a disabled child (children) of group I or II under 23 years of age should be granted a deferred military service during mobilization.
As it was mentioned during the discussion, adoption of the bill will promote children's rights protection during a special period by granting deferred military service to some categories of parents who do not have such deferments according to the current legislation.
