Dear friends!
I sincerely congratulate you on the 70th anniversary of liberating the city from fascist invaders.
Deeds of brave city liberators, their unshakable moral courage, faith in the victory and patriotism have been for ever engraved in our hearts. Sincere words of gratitude and a low bow to the honourable veterans for their heroism and courageous deeds aimed at achieving happiness, peace and harmony on a generous Ukrainian land.
I am sure that in this complicated time for Ukraine, deep roots of Christian morality and national consciousness, never-ending striving of Ukrainians for freedom and independence, and sincere aspiration towards a full-scale national assertion will help us overcome the hardships.
May God bless the Lion City and grant its citizens sound health, welfare, harmony and fortunate destiny under a peaceful sky of sovereign Ukraine!
