The main task of the Interim Inquiry Commission is to verify compliance with legislation in the sphere of state regulation of natural monopolies and adjacent markets regarding power, gas, heat and water supply.
The Chair of the Interim Inquiry Commission is Chubatenko Oleksandr Mykolaiovych (All-Ukrainian Union "Batkivshchyna" faction), and Deputy Chair of the Commission is Dubnevych Yaroslav Vasyliovych (faction of the Political Party "UDAR" of Vitalii Klychko).
A term of activity of the Interim Inquiry Commission is 3 months since the day of this resolution's adoption.
A report of the Interim Inquiry Commission about its work shall be presented at the plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada not later that in two-month term since the day of this resolution's adoption.
