The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Transfer of Objects of State and Communal Ownership” (re pre-school educational establishments)

The law aims to simplify the
procedure of transfer of immovable property of state ownership into the
communal ownership for placement of pre-school educational establishments.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4075а.
