The law establishes that a deputy faction (deputy group) the composition of which is less than the minimum number of the people’s deputies of Ukraine, determined by part four of article 59 of the Rules of Procedure, shall be dissolved by the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada 15 days after the case.
Apart form this, the law determines the right of parliamentarians, nominated by a political party that following the results of elections did not participate in allocation of deputy mandates, to join a deputy faction.
