The law postpones the procedure of settling indebtedness of enterprises in the fuel and energy complex, determined by the Law of Ukraine “On measures directed at establishing stable operation of enterprises of fuel and energy complex”, until January 1, 2016. Thereat, there shall be settled the debts that arose as of January 1, 2013.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4225a.
