Since January 1, 2015, the law changes the order of allocating rental payment for water bodies (their parts) to local budgets that are leased by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, oblast, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations and bodies and bodies of local self-government.
Such amendments are suggested in view of the changed approach to leasing of water bodies.
The respective bill was registered under No. 4076а.
