The bill (Reg. No. 4987-1) specifies certain terminological definitions; determines the rights and obligations of legal and natural persons, as well as the Administrator of the Single state registrar; establishes ways for financing animals’ identification and registration, etc.
It is suggested stipulate administrative responsibility in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements for “non-submission of data about identified animals for registration.”
