The bill (Reg. No. 4117a) suggests determining that special period in fuel and energy complex is the period of functioning of fuel and energy complex in the condition of restricting and/or stopping energy supply to the territory of Ukraine, and in other cases, determined by the law.
It is suggested establish that in case of restricting and/or stopping energy supply to the territory of Ukraine such special period can be introduced or stopped, following the decision of the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine.
