Under the explanatory note to the bill (Reg. No. 4980), its implementation will allow secure timely and full payments to contractors companies for the work done and services provided (including staff’s salary) on the objects that in years past were provided with state support to construction of coal and peat mining companies.
The Committee noted that the legislative proposal does not influence budgetary expenditure figures, since this is merely a reallocation of funds between budgetary programmes within the amount of budgetary allocations of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine.
Following the results of consideration of the bill in the first reading, the Committee decided to adopt it as a basis and in entirety with account of Committee’s proposals.
