The bill (Reg. No. 2012a) suggests mandating administrators of state and local budget funds, as well as economic entities of state and communal ownership, funds of mandatory state insurance and bodies of pension fund post, on a quarterly basis, information about the planned and actual use of public funds on the single website for the use of public funds. The form of such information shall be established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
For the release of such information, there shall be established the Single website for the use of public funds that is the only official state informational resource in the Internet network where such information shall be released.
The Single website for the use of public funds shall be administered by the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Single website for the use of public funds shall be financed at the cost of the state budget.
Committee members took into consideration the fact that in the course of preparation of the bill for the second reading there were received more than 50 proposals from the subjects of legislative initiative, as well as leadership of the National Bank of Ukraine and scientists, etc.
