The law determines legal basis for monitoring state assistance provided to economic entities and exercising control over admissibility of such aid for competition in order to ensure protection and development of competition, increase the level of transparency of the system of state aid, and secure adherence to international commitments of Ukraine in this sphere.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2749.
