The legislative acts determines that "in case of losing a family provider pensions that are established for military men family members, and persons having the right to pension under this Law, can not be less than two minimum wages for persons who have lost working capacity".
The Law also establishes that "persons that have been earlier allocated a pension in case of losing a family provider according to the Law of Ukraine "On pensions for persons discharged from military service and certain other persons" have the right to re-calculation of the pension with consideration of this Law's provisions.
If as a result of a re-calculation, amount of the pension decreases, the pension will be paid in the previously established amount".
Respective bill was registered under No. 4402.
