The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On the legal status of persons that were forced to leave their residence as a result of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and circumstances connected with holding of anti-terrorist operation on the territory of Ukraine”

 The law determines the order of providing state assistance, as well as protection of constitutional rights and legal interests of persons that were forced to leave their residence as a result of temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and circumstances connected with holding of anti-terrorist operation on the territory of Ukraine and moved to other regions of Ukraine.

The law was adopted with consideration of certain amendments, made in the course of discussion.

The respective bill was registered under No.4998-1.
