The resolution approves recommendation to hearings. Particularly, the President of Ukraine is recommended to exclude from the Strategy of youth policy development for the period till 2020 the provision on preparation of proposals on amending the laws in order to reduce youth age limits to 28 years.
The Verkhovna Rada is recommended to:
1) stipulate for full-scale expenditures in the course of consideration of the draft laws of the State Budget of Ukraine for 2014 and the following years for:
provision of privileged long-term loans to young families and single young people for construction (reconstruction) and purchase of a dwelling in the amount stipulated by the State youth housing programme for the period of 2013 – 2017;
implementation of measures, stipulated by the State Target Social Programme “Youth of Ukraine” for the period of 2009 – 2015;
2) accelerate consideration of the following bills:
on peculiarities of state support to youth housing and on youth housing cooperation;
on amendments to several legislative acts in connection with adoption of the Law “On Population Employment” (new version of article 7 of the Law “On promoting social formation and development of youth in Ukraine” re support to young people looking for work);
on amendments to article 1 of the Law “On promoting social formation and development of youth in Ukraine”
