The bill suggests eliminate inconsistencies in normative legal regulation of order of providing workers, engaged in work under arduous and harmful labour conditions, and at factories with a temperature higher that established sanitary norms, with milk or equivalent food products and gas salt water.
Amendments are to be made to articles 166 and 167 of the Labour Code of Ukraine and article 7 of the Law "On Occupational Safety".
Respective bill was registered under No. 2323.
