The bill (Reg. No. 2304) stipulates establish a mandatory prohibition on further entry of foreigners and persons without citizenship to Ukraine in case of refoulement of such persons from Ukraine to other country or their deportation from Ukraine, as well as introducing minimum and maximum term of prohibition on entry from 6 months to 3 years.
As it was mentioned during the discussion, adoption of the bill will ensure efficient mechanism of foreigners and persons without citizenship observing the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, mechanism of responsibility to the society, diligent performance of their duties, strengthening legitimacy, and preventing violations in the country.
