The Committee on Transport and Communications recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis the draft law on artificially established land plots on water objects within seaport aquatoriums

The bill (Reg. No. 2968) aims at comprehensive settlement of legal relations connected with establishment and use of artificial land plots on water objects within seaport aquatoriums and at strengthening legal and organizational basis for construction within seaport aquatoriums, etc.

The bill suggests determine the procedure of establishment and use of artificial land plots on water objects within seaport aquatoriums for construction and placement of objects of port infrastructure.

The bill enshrines principles for establishment of artificial land plots.

The document stipulates amendments to the Water and Land Codes and several other laws in the part of its legal settlement.

Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow consider social and state needs in developing territories; secure implementation of rights and interests of economic entities, citizens and the state; and secure comprehensive settlement of relations in this sphere, etc.
