The law establishes that entering and amending data of the State Land Cadastre is free of charge.
Under the law, providing data from the State Land Cadastre should be paid for, while providing data from the State Land Cadastre on request of the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, executive authorities and local authorities is free of charge.
The law also contains a norm according to which the government has to establish a list, amount and procedure for collecting such fees.
The respective bill was registered under No. 3061.
