The document establishes that legislative norms, according to which, business entities exporting gas and natural gas in gaseous state, pay rate of export duty in the amount of 35% from the customs value of such goods, but not less than UAH 400 for 1000 cubic meters, when exporting natural gas in a liquefied state – in the amount of 35% from the customs value of such goods, but not less than UAH 400 for one ton, if bigger rates of export duty are not established by international agreements, consent to be bound by which is granted by the Verkhovna Rada, are not applied to export of such goods to the Energy Community members states.
