The bill (Reg. No. 3263) suggests amend several articles of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine that aim at refining the procedure of appellate and cassational appeal of court acts in cases pertaining to civil and administrative jurisdiction.
