The law stipulates placing a moratorium on compulsory alienation of
movable and immovable property of borrowers (debtors) that have loan
obligations under consumer loan agreements in foreign currency until the legislation
on conditions and procedure of conversion of obligations under consumer loan
agreements in foreign currency into the national one comes into force.
The law was adopted with consideration of proposals.
