The legislative act increases responsibility for non-fulfilment of legal requirements of agricultural inspectors regarding eliminating violations of statutory acts on operation of machines, as well as on labour safety in the course of their operation, or creating obstacles in the activity of these bodies.
The respective amendments were made to articles 188-27 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2609a.
